SourceToDocs is a SaaS document automation platform — billed monthly or yearly. Pricing depends on the features and platform capabilities your workflow needs. Standard tiers are coming soon; until then, every quote is tailored to the engagement.

SourceToDocs is sold as a subscription. You pick the cadence — monthly or yearly — and we agree the scope of capabilities your team needs at the start. Yearly subscriptions typically carry a small discount over monthly.

The price is driven by the features and platform capabilities your deployment uses: which data connectors are enabled, which output formats you generate (Slides, PowerPoint, Word, PDF, web), which integrations you wire in, which custom capabilities your workflow needs, and the support level you want. A team using two connectors and one output format pays meaningfully less than a team running a multi-source, multi-format pipeline with bespoke integrations.

Until our standard tiers ship, every engagement is custom-quoted. The scoping call takes about 30 minutes; we come back within one business day with a real number and a configuration that matches what you need today — without locking you into capabilities you won't use.

Standard tiers, coming soon

We're building a set of published, off-the-shelf tiers that will fit most workflows without a scoping call. The tiers will map to common deployment shapes — small teams, agency multi-client setups, enterprise integrations — with transparent monthly and yearly prices and self-serve sign-up for the lighter tiers.

Custom-quoted deployments will continue to live alongside the standard tiers, for teams whose workflow doesn't fit the off-the-shelf shape (unusual data sources, regulated industries, multi-language output, complex integrations). When the tiers are live, this page will tell you which one fits, and what the upgrade path looks like.

Both. You choose the cadence. Yearly subscriptions typically come with a small discount over monthly.

What does the price actually depend on?

The mix of platform capabilities your workflow uses: data connectors, output formats (Slides, PowerPoint, Word, PDF), integrations, custom features, and support level. The more capabilities your deployment needs, the higher the subscription tier.

Can I switch plan later?

Yes. Adding capabilities, switching billing cadence (monthly to yearly or back), or moving to a published tier when those launch are all supported. We re-quote at the change.

When will standard tiers launch?
