Is there a free plan? +
Yes — Free Forever is $0: 1 exported document per month with a maximum of 10 pages, 1 document template, 1 project, all five data sources and all three output formats. There is no watermark on your outputs, and no credit card is required.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual is the default and takes roughly two months off the price: Starter is $228/year (save $60), Pro is $1,188/year (save $228), Agency is $2,988/year (save $600), and Scale is $5,988/year (save $1,188). The toggle above the cards switches to monthly billing.
What counts as a "document template"? +
One saved workflow: a template plus its data source and trigger. A monthly client report is one document template. A QBR pipeline that runs across all your customers is also one. Two workflows that share nothing — different template, different data, different output — are two document templates. Templates live inside projects, and each exported document counts toward your monthly total.
Is API access included on every plan? +
No — the REST API, webhook delivery and the n8n / Make / Zapier automation connectors are included on Pro and above. Free and Starter cover the full no-code app: every data source, every output format, scheduled generation on Starter. If you want document generation as a step inside an automated workflow, Pro ($99/mo billed annually) is the plan built for it.
What happens if I hit my monthly document limit? +
There is no overage billing and no surprise charges — limits are hard: 1 exported document on Free, 200 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro, 7,500 on Agency, 25,000 on Scale. From Starter up you can buy one-time document packs (250 documents for $25, 1,000 for $75); packs never expire and are consumed only after your monthly allowance. Enterprise is unlimited.
How many people can use one workspace? +
Free and Starter are single-user; Pro includes 3 users, Agency 10, Scale 25, and Enterprise is unlimited. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat — the user count is a plan limit, not a line item.
What if I need more than Scale allows? +
